Ok, I have something very strange here. I've obtained a .BVH file and permission to upload it. I open the .BVH file and rename the joints to match the names used on the SL Avatar Mannequin, then import it into Poser and it runs fine. Then I upload it to SL.. and get a string of "Joint Not Found" errors on the console window. Do the joints in the download mannequin really have different names to the ones in the actual uploader?

You can also get this error message if the joint parameters are in the wrong order.
You said you can import the bvh file into poser. Do just that and export it. That will set the correct joint xyz order, if that is the problem.
