Poser seems to only work for me about half the time I use the SL poser figures, I use key frames, I go through all the steps the same way every time and about 1/2-3/4 of the time I get a "Failed to Initialize Motion" error from SL the lindens can't even tell me why it doesn't work. I desperatly need help as I am trying to put together the poses for a friends wedding.

It would be a great help if you would list what those steps are. It's pretty tuff to tell where you're going wrong without knowing exactly what you're doing.

By the sound of it though, I'd guess that perhaps you're forgetting to set a keyframe in the default pose at frame one before starting your animation at frame 2. That's just a guess though, since as I said, it's impossible to know without seeing exactly what you're doing.

I set the keyframe at the default pose then do my pose, for still animations I only use 2 frames. I export them as a BVH Still they do not work.

I'm glad you got it fixed, Maeve, but wasn't that what I suggested way back in the beginning? Maybe I wasn't clear enough then or maybe I'm misreading you now.

In case anyone else I encounter ever has a similar problem, can you please clarify? What's different about what you did to fix the problem than what I suggested in my first response to this thread?
