animations missing from upload

I am using Qavimatr and Avimator and can't get a complete animation upload into SL.
Example: I created sitting pose with head and arm motions.
On upload I get a standing avatar that moves head and one arm.

anyone?

- Make sure that the position of each body part you want to animate differs between frame 0 and frame 1.
- Set the priority to 3 or 4.
- Test your animations on the beta grid to save money (for uploading). The final result is almost never what you see in the preview or in the editor (in your case QAvimator or Avimator).
