I just got the free Poser5 and have been playing around, but when I try to create something simple like having my avi wave for example, its just doesn’t look right when played back my avi's arm will go in positions that it shouldn’t. and I did make my 1st frame a key frame with the default pose then I will make frame 2 a key frame and begin modifications and the then frame 30 and 60 also key frames. Any help would be appreciated

On the one hand, you really need to be more specific than "doesn't look right" for us to diagnose your problem. On the other hand, the most common problem for newbie animators is due to interpolation issues. Basically, you will want to select all your frame 2 keyframes and set them to Break Spline (the button is on the top-right of the Animation Palette window) so that Poser won't attempt to account for the first frame when calculating interpolation.

When I say doesn’t look right I mean my avi’s has his arm at straight out with the forearm bent at a 90 in frame 2 to start my animation. Then I jump to frame 30 and move the forearm down to about 45 deg. Then in frame 60 I move it back to its original 90 deg position. When I hit the play button the arm will twist around backwards, kind of like if you were to wring out a wet sponge, it keeps twisting while also moving back and forth in the wave motion. But I have been doing some reading up on the interpolation and I think that may be my problem. Thanks Johan
