OK, I had this problem in the past and it went away on its own, and now its back. Basically when I make an animation the limbs move very slowly to get in the position there supposed to be in and when the animation loops the Avatars jumps. I made a sit animation and every time it would loop the Avatars legs would jump.
In Poser I froze every leg part (i.e. L Foot, L shin L Thigh and so on) using the Constant Selection Button. Normally this will work but the animation just sucks.
I’m totally lost and very frustrated, any help is appreciated.
Thanks

Restless leg syndrome?
I'm kidding...not sure, sound's like you have a jump-keyframe, gesture, or AO in there somewhere...

did you ensure that you copied Frame 2 to the last frame of your animation?
And made sure that there are no key frames just before ( 10 frames or so ?) the last frame so the av has time to assume the proper position before looping ?

The animation changes about every 50 frames all the way to 700 ( which is the same pose as frame 2). That's the way I alwasy have done it, and I dont usually have a this problem. I say usually cuz it happened once before a few months back and i didint change anything and it seemed to just go away.

Check that your frame 1 is zeroed and frame 2 has all the parts moved.
Next check the state of the Inverse Kinematics for the left and right legs. While animating the upper body it is possible for the hips to have been moved. With IK on it would have shifted the legs for each of the upper body keyframes. With IK on for the left and right legs it would not show up as leg keyframes on the animation pallet. On saving and uploading the bvh file to SL the leg movement would show up as subtle limb drift.
So basically turn off the IK and delete the unwanted leg keyframes.
If it is not IK that is causing the trouble you could also double check the priority you are uploading the sit with, i think priority 4 is the SL default for sit.
