Animation Flipping?

Forgive me if thise is a stupid question, but i couldnt find anything regarding it.

Im using the Maya animation Exporter to make SL animations, But whenever I flip the character around past 180 degrees in any axis, although the animation will look fine in maya, when I import it into SL, the character will flip back around the other way, and then snap back. So, Its basically making it impossible for me to import any of my backflip and handspring animations. Does anyone know a fix or way around this?

No one? Im pretty sure it has to do with the fact that maya uses Euler Angles for rotation, and SL likely uses Quaternions. Ive set maya to use Quaternions as well, But the problem still remains. also, Its only a problem with the X Axis. the Y and Z axes dont appear to have the same problem.
