last month or so, my av has been tripping all ovr the place , at every little bump, even things i don't see.i tried different ao's, no ao's, different land, sims ...just seems i trip and go into fall ani everywhere......how did my av get so clumsy, or better yet ; how do i fix it.....

This may be because of the change to the physics engine with Havok 4 upgrade. Avatars behave more realistically with steps - I find a lot of steps are now too high to walk up, whereas before I could climb them
