ok i have the first frame set all values zero.
the 2nd frame if done my pose the way i want it.
i upload it to SL the preview looks perfect but when upload it and try it my arms sometimes go into the pose sometimes they dont when they do a few secs later they go into something totally differnt for no apprent reason. what am i doing wrong ? im losing my mind doing just a basic pose.

have you moved every single part of the arms in frame 2? Collar? Shoulder? Forarms? If you dont then your pose wont take over that part and the default SL anim will. This can make things go a bit funny in a pose.
Also, what priority are you setting it at when you upload? _____________________

Switch to using QAvimator, it locks frame 1 automatically so uploads to SL work as expected and has many other enchancements
