Avatar turning when running backward

So, when an avatar walks backward, it actually backs toward the camera as it should. But when it runs or flies backward, it automatically turns toward your camera. Thus, the running backward "anim"= turning around and running forward. Same with flying, and walking/running/flying left and right. Is there any way to shut this off via anim or script, so that no matter which direction my av is going, he is always facing away from the camera?

This is a really astute observation, Cas.

It bothers me the more I think about it. :)

I wonder if there's a way to anim override it. Maybe toy around the with the default avatar animations too?

Hmm, well you could easily detect when your avatar is running and when you are holding the back button, so maybe if both of these come back true, you want to play a run anim rotated 180 degrees? I couldnt tell you how fluid this would look, prolly not at all, but you could try :P

There aren't run_backward and fly_backward in Built-in Animations, but turnback_180. I guess they are combined.
