Poser Question help please =)

Hey there I recently got poser 6 and I'm working on standard model poses though I'm having alittle trouble trying to figure out how to lock the hands/arms from moving when in the pose and they type.. Anyone can help me I would appreciate it, I just need to know how to keep the hands from moving while in the pose and typing. Thanks

Will you make a still pose? If so, you should prepare two frames.
1. Set the default standard T-Pose on the first frame.
2. Move its arms where you like on the second frame.
Note: You must move its all parts under Shoulder, that is, Shoulder, Forearm, and Hand.You may not think that you have to move even Hands, but you must rotate them even 1%.
3. Set Priority 4 on the uploading window.
