hi, im having real problems with animation in sl

first off, ive been using qavimator, it works fine, apart from when i upload an animation, i set it to priority 4, but when i walk or type, the ligaments still move rather than staying in place how i'd like them to. i have no idea why, im not wearing an ao or anything, and cant work out if its anything inworld, could it just be something wrong with the programme or something im doing wrong.

also, ive tried avimator, but once i try and upload the animation, once found it says it cant use it. any reason why??

help gratefully appreciated

SL ignores your animation of any joint if it is the same in both frame one and frame two. Be sure that frame two (for all joints that YOU will be animating or that you don't want the default SL animations to occur) is different by at least a value of 1 between the two frames.
