I'm looking for strong-willed, motivated individuals who are interested in a fulltime or part-time position with JD Marketing. Poser experience recommended, but not needed. We do free training. Currently I'm looking for leadership as well. Jon, I'd strongly advise you remove these posts, and then put up a single post in the Classifieds, outlining everything you're looking for. Otherwise, people are going to get annoyed by seeing your ads on forums that are supposed to be entirely educational. Since annoyed minds never buy, it's doubtful these ads will yield much success.
