Self explanitory kinda in the title, but basically, im just wondering, is it possible to get my SL shape into poser, so it would be easier for positioning of hands and such to make things more exact? and if yes, how

You can get the SL avatars for Poser, but not your shape specifically. Like the generic avatars before adjusting their height and such.

on the downloads page you'll find the avatars to import.
While you can't get your exact avatar, you can get the proportions close enough. What I did was start a new animation, named it 'starting animation' made it 2 frames long. I then moved every body part by 1% so SL will always take it over. Then, I made a quick pose with the hand touching the waist, brought it into SL to see how close I was. Then changed the length on the poser avie on frame 1. I repeated this a few times with different stances to get as close as I could do. Then changed frame two to 1%, saved that file and always start everything with that. _____________________
