I've been following the Poser information on uploading the SL Avatars to the scene, but I get nothing. Is the generic Poser Avatar supposed to change when you try to upload the SL male (or Female) avatar?

Download the SL avatar meshes for Poser, and put them in a folder in the Figures section of your library.
When you start a new scene, delete the Poser figure that appears by default. Then go to your Figures library, select the SL avatar figure you want to use, and click to create new figure.
