Poses Not Blending

I created 3 poses and imported them all with the same blended motion in and out. 100%/100% - 0.75/0.75 - Priority 3 - Looped. All three of them do not blend out smoothly. I checked my Poser 6 pose and I have all body parts keyframed except for the Head, CenterOfMass and Body.

Is there a reason why they are doing this? They blend IN just fine. Just the blend OUT part not working.

I attached a pose that was doing this to me.

I removed the Main Camera keyframe from the second frame to give it a shot. It blended out just fine that time. Odd. So I tried it on my second pose. It worked for that one as well. Then I tried it on my third one and it did not work for that.

I don't see how removing the Main Camera keyframe made any difference in the outcome of the import for the first two poses. The problem seems to be more of a import bug/issue with BVH and it's random.

What do you think?

Kurshi, you set it to be looped, that is, there is no end. It should not ease out, even blend out. I think it is rather odd that sometimes you succeeded. Is that just laggy in SL? I tried to do things you mentiond, camera and no camera. There were no difference for me.

Right. I want it to loop infinte till the animation is stopped either by script, gesture action, or close the animation manually. When it is stopped it blends out smoothly. Particularly for things such as script based weapons or AOs. You ever noticed how an AO loads a pose, stays like that for about 30 secs or so and then trasitions smoothly to the next? Hmm, maybe I'm not catching the drift on something here? I doubt the AO is doing that, it has to be how the pose was setup when imported.

Yeah, you're right. Just a script cannot do what you wanted to do. To achieve your blending animation, you have to create it by the animaton.
I suggest that you should create one pose by two parts. One is what you uploaded. And second is just 10 frames animation that set ease in "0.03" and ease out "0.75", that is, it postures a sudden pose in and blends out.
And you play the first animaton and replace it by the second one to stop. It must be script's work though.

I have poses in my AO and I know they don't include small duration animations for creating the transitional look. I have for a fact seen my poses blend into each other without requiring easing out animations to simulate the look. I am in SL right now and my poses blend into each other via the Francis Chung AO I'm using. For example, here is my list of stances:

CODE
:: [ Standing 1 ] ::
torstand2
:: [ Standing 2 ] ::
LF Stand 2
:: [ Standing 3 ] ::
torstand3
:: [ Standing 4 ] ::
LF Stand 2 1
:: [ Standing 5 ] ::
torstand4

Kurshie, verry sorry, I was wrong. :o

It was possible to ease out while your animation was looped.
I found why it didn't ease out. It was just because I didn't enter in ease out value properly. The ease out fill-in section was the last to fill in and I just put down the value and then played test. Although I could see the value in the section, it must have not been enterd in.
You have to put down the value and press return key! :D Make sure the section's background color turns to black.
Then you can make sure it eases out correctly even on the upload window. Please try it.

Your tip about punching ENTER key on those ease fields seems to have done the trick. I would have never thought to do that. So far so good. I processed my three other poses and worked just great.

The odd thing though was that the preview was not easing out like it was supposed to BUT the actual uploaded version eased in and out perfectly. No biggie though. If I run into another one I will be sure to follow-up in order to keep a note of this for everyones benefit.

No need to be sorry Seagel. I appreciate the effort and help you provide I and others here. Much thanks! :)
