Strange problem. I create an animation in Poser and if its more or less verticle it seems to use the ground as a base point, feet touch ground, etc. However if it is not vertical or if it should be closer to the grouns as in kneeling or laying it floats about 2 feet above the ground. I have gone back into poser and lowered the figure so that it is substantially below ground level and it still floats about the same 2 feet above the ground, no change at all. If this were to be used in a piece of furniture or a poseball I could correct using the llSitTarget but for use in a gesture or AO this is a problem.
Anyone else experienceing this?
Oh, FYI using Poser 7

Are you lowering the body or the hip in poser?

To clarify Tufif's point, if you move the overall body in Poser then those movements are ignored by SL. This is sometimes desireable actually (especially when animating multiple characters in a single scene,) but if you want the movements to apply to SL you must move the hips.
So, if you move the Poser figure down by selected Body that won't make any difference to the SL avatar, but if you move the Poser figure by selecting Hips then the SL avatar will move in the same way.

Yes, I know the hip rules all, I move the hips down and still the final animation floats in the air, very frustrating.
