I have an anim in which the body and limbs sway back and forth in a treelike fashion, taking about 5 seconds to complete a cycle. The hips move about 15cm forward and back in the course of it. When I upload it, the limbs don't move! The whole body goes forward and back with the hips, but the limbs remain locked in the first-frame position. I see this in the preview, and then if I upload it comes up the same way.
What is with that? It acts as though only the hips were animated, and every other joint were untouched. I've tried resaving, reconstructing, reuploading the anim to no avail. I made it in Qavimator, which I haven't had any other problems with. Any help appreciated...I'm newish to animating, but I've made several dozen of them now and not seen this problem before.

Are all the bones you want to move moved in frame 2 (that is, the first visible frame in Qavimator unless you unchecked the option to hide the first frame which has to remain unchanged)?

I am really bad at estimating distances; 15cm is a really subtle movement, right? Note that SL optimizes animation data by stripping out really small movements when you upload. It could be that the limb movements are just too subtle for SL to pick up. Try making all the movements a little further and see if that helps.
