question about avimator

Found this cool program Avimator in another thread.

So, I can make different poses and stuff. I've seen attachments that will fold up a particular limb. I have one shoulder attachment that folds up my lower arm so it looks amputated, but the attachment isn't running as an animation like Meatball and similar.

Can I use avimator to make small changes to my avatar, like folding up my legs into the body when I wear an attachment?

What you want to do is create a priority 4 animation but only move the part you are folding up so that SL will retain control of everything else.

btw, this isn't a question about avimator, this is a question about override animations in SL. Like, the procedure is exactly the same no matter which tool you use. Just fyi, you could have picked a better title.
