My animations now don't stop. New bug?

Some of my animations, mostly those on sync'd poseballs, don't stop when the users hop off. This was never a problem until this latest patch. I recall that LL had been talking about changing how permissions work in order to accommodate the new camera code. Did they change perms? Is anyone else having this trouble?

I'll check my code for a problem with stopping animations in my sync'd scripts, but the scripts worked fine til this patch. I'm worried about the prospect of hundreds of customer-service calls.

Anyone else seeing this? Is it a bug?

Here it is.

1. Rez a prim.
2. Right click and select edit.
3. See the contents.
4. Press "New Script" button.
5. Delete all described on the new script file.
6. Copy the Strife's script to the new script file.
7. Save the script and close edit mode.
8. Touch it.

Thanks, Seagel. Doh, it occurred to me to check "known issues" after I posted my inquiry. Still, I'm glad for the confirmation.

And yes, there are animation-stoppers available in game. I have a free copyable one if anyone wants one.

Well, the long thread on this issue in the scripting forum has me VERY worried that LL won't fix all instances of this new bug. Does anyone know? If they don't cure my problem, that means I'll have hundreds of customers with borked poseball sets, to say nothing of the business I'm already losing on my shop floor right now.

I'm getting increasingly agitated about this. Why, oh why, does LL keep breaking things?
