I already think I know the answer to this one, but...
Is there any way to set up an animation that has a certain number of fingers up, akin to the "peace" animation?
No, I'm not looking for one. I'm looking for three.

Hi Marianne. There's no way that I know of to animate fingers in SL beyond the animation upload menu. You can select the hand pose option when uploading and choose "peace right" to make the right hand hold a peace symbol briefly but that's about it. Actually, I don't know how long the "peace right" option lasts. I've noticed when I upload animations with the "fist" option, the hands will sort of open anyway after a few seconds. Hi PetGirl,
That option is available when you upload your bvh files to SL. You'll see the animation upload preview screen when you begin to upload your bvh file. One of the options is the hand pose drop down menu. The last one in the list is called "peace right". It animates the fingers a bit.. well it poses them into a peace symbol for a short time anyway.
