Where to start?!?!?!?

Ok so I ready to learn to make animations. Everyone says thats its a very hard thing to do.. but Im ready to learn or atleast fustrate myself trying..

So can anyone tell me where to start.. cause im clueless.. Is there like a guide somewhere if so can I get the link>? Ty any help will be greatful..
