Avatar sinks into the ground

I noticed today my avatar suddenly doesn't stand up straight anymore.

What do I mean? When she stands still, her knees are bended and her feet have half sunken into the floor or the ground. It doesn't matter what floor or sand or whatever terrain she's standing on, it happens everywhere. On bare feet as well as with shoes on.

Sorry if this issue has been dealt with elsewhere already. I've used a number of keywords to try and find it, but haven't managed to find a solution here yet.

Any advice from anyone?

Been having that problem for awhile. I go into appearance mode and exit it, that normally fixes the problem. (use to 'fall' every couple of steps before too- at least I don't do that anymore).

Sit on a pose ball then stand up, see if that works.

I think this is a known bug - not sure if there is an entry on JIRA though, but I would be surprised if there is not.

I've sent a restart sim request to LL when this happens and it seems to fix it....
