Subject says it all. I have reason to want my AV to NOT blink. Is there a way? Should I ask the Lindens to add this ability?

thanks!

umm from my knowledge ear pair of eyes have three parts of the animation. the open eyes, partially open and closed. Im sure if you can get the texture for your AV and just copy the open eyes over the other two they will always stay open

The reason everybody did not reply to your question is that they didn't know what kind of AV are you talking about.
If you worn some furry AV, it would depend on the script of it. Speaking of my Luskwood's one, I can control it by some commands.
Lime's idea is good if its eye's textures are copyable. You can make them unless it is copyable.

But you said about Linden? hmm... You're talking about a normal human type AV?
Wow, is that blinking? hehe, I've not noticed it.
If so, it must be an embedded deafult animation. Usually, default animtions are overidden by some script, i.e. AO. But I'm not sure it can override facial animtions. Maybe not.
There are some stop animation script things in world, but it may not be available because of the same reason. hmm at last, Linden matter?

Yeah, I was talking about just the default AV. It has eyelids that move down over the eyes. I have a posing stand that freezes you, but your eyes still work when posed. I was trying to create an object for the eyes using particle effects, but found that the blinking was completely ruining the effect I was going for.

Another solution.

What about making eye balls like glasses and attaching to your nose?
If you make eye balls completely transparent and locate slightly in front of its eyelids, they might not bother your effect.

Edit: Oh, if you put eyeballs slightly before eyelids, you don't have to attach them to nose. :p
What about making contact lenses particle scripted? Surly, cross over your eyelids.
