Needed attachments in this Animations forum

I've realized that all my attachments in the forums were killed.
To explain something animation, I believe I need pictures.
I've explained how to control Poser to copy keyframes and so on in the pictures. But all of them disappeard. I don't like to remake them. I lost my motivation to explain them here.
