I've noticed that my AV will turn her head to look at whatever I have made the object of focus (by alt-clicking on in). I rather like the effect -- I can use it to good advantage when taking pictures. I'm working on a static pose animation, which will include changes to the head and neck joints. What I'd like, is for the AV to assume the head position in the animation when there us no object of focus, but still turn its head to look at whatever I've alt-clicked on. Any suggestions for what priority I should upload the animation with to achieve this? (I suppose I could upload 4 versions to find out, but I'm cheap and would rather just upload one )

You know 4 is static. 1 is easily overriden which is good for what you're describing with the head movements but might not be good in regards to how easily it's overriden. I look at 2 as default and 3 is more or less a forcing hand. To get the best idea preview it with 2 and 3 in walk/run/fly and note the head movement/head bob. Chances are you can get that but you might have to deal with the head movement when you're not standing still. At least that is what I'd do before uploading an animation like that to see if it worked as well inworld. *shrug*

I tried uploading my pose at priority 3 last night, and it definitely blocked the "look at object" head movements. Fortunately (?) I found that I need to tweak the hand position; in Poser (and the upload preview, as far as I remember) the hand did not penetrate the model's leg, but with my real AV it does. When I can get back online, I'll give your suggestion of watching for head motion in the preview before I re-upload the pose. Thank you.
