make crawling animation.
attach a script that replaces default animations with your animation, known as Animation Overrider.

Broad scope in that question. ^.^

Well one can play a priority 4 animation or use a priority 4 anim in any AO as the walk if they wanted to crawl instead of walk.

Or use the crawl animation under the crouch walk designation in an AO and then use the 'crouch walk' to activate it. (Everyone is different. Some use the C key + AWSD, others use NumPad3 + 4286 [w/num lock off], or pgdn+arrow keys to activate it.)

There are a lot of them out there. Some are better than others. Search is your friend. ^.^

Now if you are asking how to make a crawl, then that is different and people would need a little more indication that is what you're looking for info on. :)

Xcite do indeed sell a crawling animation and rather good it is too :) If I remember rightly it is upstairs in the main store, I think in the same kind of area as the collars and cuffs.
