Hi,
I am creating some animations and want to use them on multiple avatars of all different sizes. I am wondering what is the quickest and easiest way to adjust animation for differently proportioned avatars.

There really is no easy way to do it. 1 animation file will not work well for every size of avatar. Only the rotaion and translate values are uploaded with scale values not used.
If it's for multiple avies that you have the shapes for and you don't mind multiple animations, then I'd start with the most average size. Then go back and tweak the file for the smallest and largest sizes. _____________________
