I'm having the weirdest problem and I'm really not sure if its me or SL. I'm trying to upload an animation that is offset along both the Y and Z axes, but for some odd reason it simply is not taking. I've tried a couple of different times with varying offsets and the animation always appears in the same place. I've used this technique before and it worked fine but tonight it isnt working at all. Does anyone have any clue if I'm just flubbing up royally?

Oh and a little twist on it - when I used the technique before I was able to preview animations - now I cant. I dont know if that has anything to do with anything but at this point I'm grasping at straws.

Oh figured it out! For some odd reason if you dont move the slider bar thingy on Qavimator (ohh the TECHNICAL jargon!) - it keeps the new hip positon for the T pose on frame one!

Moon are you sure that's qavimator? I thought qavimator automatically starts you out on frame 2 when you begin. Avimator starts on frame 1 and I always accidentally start animating on frame 1 and then catch it and have to redo everything.

Macro Animation Problems
09-17-2008 12:46
With the help of this forum I figured out how to offset my AV hips with animations created in Qavimator, I even created an AO to allow my charactor to move normally. The problem is, is that's all I can do. When I run other animations, the hip hieght is set to low and my Macro legs get pushed into the ground. Is there anyway to run the hip offset in the background so that you can use any AO or animation you want, or is there a diferent way to offset you AV position? Any help would be appreciated. :)
