okay I am learning to build and need darn animations to use my stuff. Where in the heck can I get sitting, eating animations for my stuff? So much funiture comes with these animations but I just don't get where they buy it?!

Mylie, there are quite a few free ones around, some good some not so good. As well many that you buy will come with no trans such that you can't sell them. However, some you buy will come copy, no trans, so you can actually rip them from the items they are in and place them in your own stuf.
As for specific animations fro items you are building, I can help you with ones written specificly to your specifications and with what ever rights you require.
