strange posing problems

So I made about 5 poses over the past week, and all have been having the same issue. Every body part has been keyframed, even if i didn't move it. But the arms still move in the general SL manner as well as the hands ball up into fists. If I wait and start the post while my av is in the hands in a fist on the hips position, the pose moves the arms to the almost correct position but the hands are in a fist. If i wait a min or so, it moves to where its supposed to be.

The pose itself: 3 frames... 1st regular stance, 2nd pose, 3rd pose. Priority set high, looped, 100 for the out position. This doesn't work, either does different settings... I went back and moved everything slightly to make sure all was keyframed, but SL still takes over.

I've bought poses that do not do this, so what am I doing wrong?

Just to be clear, your priority is set to 4, the highest, is that correct?

A good way to debug these problems is in the upload animation window. Change the preview figure from standing to walking and see how the figure behaves. If you really did perturb every body part and set the priority to 4 then when the avatar walks the legs should remain frozen with the body doing a slight side-to-side wiggle.

Finally, I too have seen unusual glitches with both hands and facial expressions. When making one of my Neo animations, sometimes the hands would be fists as desired and other times they would not.

If you are sure the error is not on your end the odds are it's that SL is slightly buggy when it comes to animations. You should either submit a highly detailed bug report with instructions on how to duplicate the error or just live with the quirkiness (which is what I did).

thank you for the reply :)

yes, the priority is set at 4. I'll check when I get home if the walking thing works.
