Is there any sort of animation file that has a Tiny avatar in a default standing pose? I've been trying to find out how to make a couple tiny animations, and I've been coming up kinda blank.

I've never made an animation for tinies, but I think the main thing is to fold over the limbs at the knees/elbows so they are half as long.

Yea, it's mentioned on here somewhere how its done. Its something like the arms, legs, torso, etc, are all folded & flipped over.
Just wish we'd be able to just scale down the thing instead of folding 'em.

One of the most difficult things to do with the folded avatar is where to attach the objects to create the AV. I attached the arms after I folded my avatar to the hands. now when i walk (using the normal SL walk) the arms flap really fast. Looks a bit funny.
Any other ideas?

Attach them to a part that doesn't move so much (upper arms?) or create a new walk anim that only moves the hands as much as you'd like the arms to move?

To fold the body parts down, you use Poser, Avimator or any of the other animation packages used around here.
Dont forget you also need the avatars, which is somewhere on the DOwnloads page.

I just found this thread, and others like it, and it's helped me make tiny animations that are at least not hideous. But I still get gruesome anomalies, in particular a hand sticking out of an arm or the like.
Can anyone post the parameter dial positions they use in Poser to make tiny animations? I understand that the idea is to fold back forearms/shins into the body, but I can't quite get it right. Also, does one y-scale down the neck or torso? If you don't have parameter dial numbers, can you at least post a screenshot?
Alternatively, can one avoid any of this horrific folding and simply animate tinies by animating only shoulder, thigh, neck? I've tried this without much success, but perhaps I'm doing something wrong.
