I'm tryign to make a simple pose with P 6. It has about 90 frames. The first frame is the zeroed out T pose. The second frame is the beggining of my pose. The final , 90th pose is a copy of my 2nd pose. The 4th is a subtle movement that shows the rib cags and the arm move, Slightly, about 4 or 5 degrees. This Should create the illusion of breathing and a arm moving a little.
The problem i have is the 3rd frame continues rotating to obscene degrees.
If I rotate ripcage up about 2 degrees in the 2nd frame, the 3rd frame continues rotating about 2 degs, the 4th 2 more degrees the 5th an additional 2 degrees, this continues until the halfway point , Frame 45, where the model by this time is all deformed. It now begins to unwind till it hits frame 90 where my other keyframe is. This happens with any joint i altered. My avatar ends up spiraling around like some kinda human helicopter
My question is do i need to make every one of the 89 frames a keyframe? This would mean that every frame would have to be altered manually.

Poser attempts to interpolate between keyframes as a curve rather than a straight line so that changes between keyframes appear smooth and not robotic. Very often that's not a good thing, as you're now experiencing hehe. Fortunately there's an easy way to fix it. Bring up the animation graph editor. This shows the interpolation between keyframes as a curve. You'll notice that instead of smoothly going from key to key, it wildly overshoots creating huge hills and valleys. Right click the keyframes and break the spline near where the curve is going wonky.

What's happening here is that Poser thinks the first reference frame is actually part of the animation. The simple solution is just to break the spline between frames 1 and 2. You can tell when you have done that as there is a / in the box for each joint on frames 1 and 2.
