I'm trying to create an animation in QAvimator. I've created anims in the first 2 now when I create in Q I'm having problems.
When I try to move body parts in a frame it frequently throws the part off randomly causing all other previous frames to be off. I have the joint limits on, so I'm not sure why it randomly throws off the parts from one frame to the next.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Please tell us, which version of qavimator you're using and what operating system you are on (Windows, Mac, Linux).

Please try removing the old version, downloading this file, unzip it and install the exe: http://zi.furhome.net/downloads/qavimator-install-2006-09-25.zipI hope this fixes the issue. Please report back

QAvimator Question
10-09-2006 17:57
Ok, here is another question. The new download seems to be working fine as it relates to my other question. Now, when I am trying to create an animation, when I'm changing frames, some limbs seem to kick back to the default frame. I'm finding myself having to paste the last frame into the next frame. I don't necessarily have a problem with this, however, I never had to do it with previous version of Avimator.
Is there anything that I can do to fix this or is copying and pasting frames my only option?
Thanks!

I've seen a similar problem before, but it was going away after we added the new timeline code. Can you provide a step-by.step reproduction (best starting with a fresh animation), so I can try and see, if that happens here, too?
Thanks for your report!

QAvimator Question
10-12-2006 18:34
Not 100% sure what you're asking me to do, but that is not as big a deal to me now as the new problem I'm experiencing... lol.
Now, when I complete my animation when I go to transfer it into SL, the speed of the Anim comes across much faster than I had it in QAvimator. I have played with the Frames Per Second in the program as well as the configurations within the preview section of the SL upload with the same results.
This issue is a big deal to me because the speed of the anim is important to what I'm trying to acheive.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
