how do you lock the avatars head for a static pose..I have set to priortiy 4 on upload but the avatars head moves around and upper torso as the mouse moves..is there somting i need to do in poser before uploading?

Usually move the head and neck slightly in the 2nd frame will cause it to stay. If the head and neck arnt moved from the first default frame, then SL may ignore it.

I've also heard that you can go into the keyframe editor with all those little green rectangles, and for the 2nd frame, highlight and DELETE the little green thing from head AND neck (which usually works pretty well too). This is a gross simplification of what you may actually need to do but maybe it will point you in the right direction.

Actually, arnt you describing what to do if you wanted to UNlock the head and neck? He's wanting to lock them in place, not unlock.
