I did animation of nordic walking. I animated the avatar and sticks. But I noticed one mistake. When I watch the avatar by back, her or his movement is good as I want. But if I watch avatar by front her or his movement is not correct. Forward stick is diagonal forward, but it have to diagonal back. It is different if I watch the same movement from back or forward. You can watch this situation on this link: http://lebinca.com/move_mistake.pdf

It is my mistake when I animated the avatar. Or it is mistake of Second Life aplication. How can correct this mistake?

You should be able to control every part of your avatar's movement. So if you see the walking stick at an angle you don't like you should be able to correct it in your animation. If those sticks are connected to the hand then I would just concentrate on the hand's rotation in Poser. You might just have to keep making changes to the animation and testing it in SL until it looks correct.
