Facial and Manual positions

I understand that I have to work some magic to get a sustained facial expression or manual position. However, I would assume (apparently incorrectly) that I could easily find ones to correspond to the choices given when uploading an animation. For example the very first one I see is ahhhh or something like that. I am assuming it is an open mouth. However, I can't find a gesture or animation that seems to be named like that.

Where can I find a list of the available built in facial expression and manual poitions?
