make body as small as possible?

This might be a Tiny question, but Im not sure.

I want to reduce the size of my avatar body to as small as possible. Preferably in the 1-2 meter height/width range.

What do I need to do?

You can't change its real size except using Appearance. If it is alright that it just looks so, you can let it posture like followings.

1. Bend its abdomen at 180 degrees. Its head is under the hip.
2. Bend its chest at 180 degrees. Its head comes just above the hip.

It is losing the chest and abdomen rather than reducing the size, though.
