Daz Studio 3 - Powerpose question

I have imported the SL Female avatar obj file into Daz Studio...at the obj import options window i have put Poser (1 unit = 8 ft)..then i have pressed the active pose button..and brought up the Powerpose toolbar tab. The Powerpose 'man' is greyed out..

Here is the question...how do I active Powerpose so that I can start creating an animation. Have I missed out a step here?

Probably too late for this reply to be useful, but here's the answer anyway. Just select the hip node of your figure. That will activate PowerPose.
