"Scale Automatically" not appearing in Poser 6

When I go to export an animation, it doesn't give me the dialog asking whether I want to scale automatically. Just goes straight to the filename and location screen.

I'm getting "Failure to Initialize Motion" errors when I try to upload and troubleshooting seems to leave this error as the culprit. Anyone know how I fix this?

Thanks :)

I've ever experienced this when I just copied all of the frist frame to the second frame by using the Animation Palette. They were copied unnecessary informations for bvh, such as lighting positions, camera positons, and so on. Try to copy just avatar's informations or delete unnecessary green dots on the scond frames or latter after copying.

Hope this helps you.

I saw the extraneous keyframes in the editor and removed them. However, this bug seems to be persisting.

I'm using the Mac version with the Update, forgot to mention that.

Are you using SL Avatar?

Yep.

Made an observation. When I tried to minimize the workspace before hitting save, so I could see the whole save box, I also tried exporting. I noticed the scale dialog box flash, and then go to the save dialog box. I really hope they fix the Panther UI bugs soon. In the meantime I guess I'm going to borrow my dad's PC for animating purposes.

Thanks for your help though :)

Oh, are you using Panther? I've not used it recently.
If the animation you made always happens that, can you uplaod your pz3 file here? I'd like to see what happens and might find the way to fix it. I can use both Panther and Tiger.
Don't forget to zip it before uploading.

Here you go. I meant to say Tiger, I get the names confused sometimes.

I tried to play your animation on Tiger. It showd me the dialog asking scaling automatically. It might hide behind some windows. Try to minimize and put your Poser screen into Dock, and then select export to bvh.

I found another problem with your animation. You set key frams on its "Body" part and moved up and down. "Body" and "CenterOfMass" aren't exported to bvh. Move its "Hip" position if you want to move the whole body. Don't forget to remove keyframes of "Body" before moving "Hip".
