I have been after an animation of lips moving, so that when I type, my lips will move. I understand this happens in VOICE MODE, but I want it to work in NON-VOICE Mode

You'll get a better response in the scripting forums.
Its not done through animation, but through a script instead.

There are gadgets that do that. For voice, there is Geuis Dassin's Motor Mouth, for typing, Johan Durant's typing overriders (among others).
