Is there a way to copy a frame, say frame 2, and put it in say frame 200? Then the animation could end as it started, at least that is the idea. I'm thinking it should help stop the jerkiness I get when it loops back to the frame two starting point. Or is there another way to get rid of that jerkiness? Thanks

Yes there is. On frame two go to the edit menu and memorize the figure, tehn go to frame 700 and edit/restore figure. You will now have your figure in the same pose in both frame two and fram 700.

Another way is to temporarilly save frame 2 in a Pose dot and then set your last frame by selecting the dot. (Of course you can use the Pose dots to hold any frame pose for quick re-use.)

You could goto the graph editor and select all the pieces in frame two. Ctl C to copy it, then goto frame 200 and paste the frames. That's what I do.
