Ok I made a still pose and picked priority 4 even tried 3,2,1 and still the body from the waist up will move when the other person moves their mouse I've keyed the animation correctly its just a standing pose and dont want her bobbing back n forth any solution please help!!! =)

Make sure the joints are different in frame 2 compared to frame 1, particularly in this case the abdomen.
Even if all your joints in frame 2 are keyframes in the editor, if there is no change between frame 1 and 2 it doesnt seem to lock that joint in SL.
Id suggest in frame 2 moving the abdomen 1 degree back and the chest 1 degree forward, just so you have a change in frame 2 compared to frame 1, this should stop the problem you have.
You must also use priority 3 or 4 to stop the default SL typing anims etc from showing themselves.

Craig is right. But if you want just a complete stiffend standing pose, try to create it by just one frame. Surly, the priority should be set at 4.
