Hey there all, it's my first time posting. Ok lets get to it. I am just starting out making animations, I don't care which I do static or actualy moving animations. I have made both and they work in Poser, but when I go to upload them in the utilities box before u actually upload where u can preview ur animation it does aboslutly nothing. The model doesn't move an inch nothing happens, though the timer count down bar moves when I press play nothing else besides that happens. I followed the tutorial to the T and still I cant figure it out, not only that but when I tried to make a static pose it says cannot initilaize animation or something simmilar..Any help would be greatly apriciated I can't think of anything left for me to try..oh and I'm using Poser4.

Welcome to SL, Giselle (hey, that rhymes!) :)

I'm not suere what tutorial you followed, but the most common cause of animations not working is when people forget to set keyframes at frame 1 in the default pose. I other words, for your animation to work in SL, you need to set keys on the whole figure in the default pose (nothing at all moved yet) at frame 1, and then begin your actual animation with keys at frame 2.

Are you doing that?

Hi Giselle,

If you've tried Chosen's advice, next, try to break all of the keyframe spline on the 2nd frame and export to bvh.
