how do i make my avatar create a pose,and not an animation. like sitting down- using poser 4

Make just 2 frame animation. You must keep the default pose on the first frame. And move its body parts which you like on the second frame. Ulrika's tutorial page will help you much. And of course, make it loop when you upload it.
