Vampire resting pose needed

Hey everyone,

I posted this request in the Classified section yesterday, but no one has replied so far - so I thought I'd drop a line in the Animations forums and see if anyone bites. (har har, bad pun.)

I'm looking for the traditional resting-vampire pose - the one where you lie flat on your back with hands folded across the chest. I've checked a number of places inworld and can't seem to find it.

Is any animator interested in creating this for me in a copy/transfer/resellable version? I would like to include the pose as part of a prefab house/texture/furniture package I'm working on. The pose would be incorporated in the build and would be set so that the purchaser could not transfer it to others. (A.K.A. I wouldn't sell the pose on its own, only as part of a much larger package and it will be incorporated into a piece of furniture.)

I know nothing about Poser, but I'm assuming this would be a quick 5 minute job, tops. Hopefully. Name your price and we can go from there. (Profit sharing could also be discussed, but my advice is take the money and run.)

Thanks Anna, and that's good thinkin' on the male/female pose differences. Maybe moving the hands down so they fall under the boobage areas...? I think it would still lend itself to the same effect.

I figured the fairest (and quickest) way was to go first come first serve as it were, and I had gotten a message inworld late Monday night from an animator, who I subsequently worked out a deal with for the vampire pose. So thanks all for your responses, I will check back here in the event something ever falls through

something along these lines......I'm looking for a werewolf howling animation. For those of you who know how to make these things, shouldnt be too hard to do. I'm poor, but would invest the real life money on IGE or something to get some funds together for this.

I'm a new Animator and I would be willing to make you the Werewolf Howling anim for next to nothing (I just want the exp, but I reserve the right to sell to others if it turns out well ).

But to make it a good fit for you, I need to know how tall your AV is?

P.S. if anyone cares, I too created a Vampire Resting pose (too late it seems ) and a Vampire Raising Animation (you know how Vampires stand up in their coffin all stiff like soneone stepped on their toes) If anyone wants to see them, IM me ingame. for a demo.
(If I do say so myself, they did turned out very nice for my first pose/animation)

I'm also looking for a way to string the pose and the animation togeather so you can stay in the Resting pose as long as you want but when you want to get up, you can activate the Raise anim without manually turning off the Resting pose and continue standing when the anim finishes.

Hey Evening,

Here's what I did for my Vamp Resting pose/animation. First my resting pose is hanging upside down while yours is the coffin type right? Anyhoo, I made a gesture that got the AV into the resting/hanging position using my main animation. Then I made an "awaken" gesture that ends the main animation and starts the "awaken" animation. They are activated via /sleep and /awaken. I can send you a copy if you'd like to see it.

Ohhhh, never tried using a looping animation as a gesture, Great Idea.

I think I understand what your describing, if I can't get it to work, I'll take you up on your offer

I have both the coffin sleep and the howling wolf in my inventory. If you IM me in world I will check their creators and send you their names.

i myself have made a coffin large enough for an av but im looking for an animation to put inside it i wear it on my av`s back ~~goes with the look~~ but id like to be able to have an animation so either i myself or another person can climb on in im working on a better coffin but i cant script or make animations worth a s#!t lol so any help will be apperaiated thanks

p.s i make all my own junk its all (mostly)non scripted but i do try *working on my coffin and fangs atm any help greatly apperaited *
