Well, which part do you need help with? You say you already know how to animate, so you've got that part covered. If you are needing an AO script, look for Franimations or ZHAO.

Most people prefer low priority aos where you can see the typing and other emotes. Thats for the stands, the sits and walk need to be priority 4.

Set the ease in and out at .75. It makes a smoother transition between the stands.

People also seem to like it when the head follows the camera, so not animating the head and neck is the key.

I'd suggest putting up several priorities for certain animation types. It's just 10L to upload and pick a different priority. You might want to try priority 3 walking and sitting. And when selling things be sure to list the priority or at least put it into the description in the properties of the animation.

I kind of like it when I don't move my head at certain times like when I'm looking at people's profiles or checking out their av when I'm standing next to them.

What error did you get?

If you add a new anim to the ZHAO, you need to set the notecard up for that. Check my profile in-world, the Picks section has links to where you can get step-by-step instructions on how to add/change anims.
