For posing:
I have frame 1 (keyframe) unedited. Frame 2 (keyframe) pose. Then I upload into SL, works fine in the preview. Am I doing this right? I want to make sure because all day today I have not been able to upload 1 single pose. It is alittle odd.
For animating:
Frame 1 (keyframe) unedited. Frame 2 (keyframe) starting position -> Frame x (keyframe) -> Frame y (keyframe) starting position. Is this correct?

make sure your exporting to the right format for one.
but yes first frame should be keyframe with no changes. then try going to frame 10 for the second key frame. it has been a while but I think it is like 30 frames a second, so 10 is only .3 seconds.
When you upload how does the preview look? and what choices are you selecting before final upload?

I got it, it turned out to be a problem with the sim I was on. Could not upload there, but when I went to a different sim, it uploaded instantly. Thanks to Cristiano for the great help!
