I already sell Kid's walks, including "skipping". You can try them out at my shop in Crameri (see my profile pics for LM). I do sell full permission copies under Licence for use within other products - i.e., not for resale just as animations. You can pick up a copy of the Licence Terms and Conditions in my shop, if you are interested.
You could also try posting on the Products Wanted forum.
