I have an animation my friend made in Blender...for some reason these animations will not fist the hands... I upload them into SL and click on the fist hands... but they won't close they stay relaxed... also... some do close but then open after a few minutes...
Any idea how to fix this?

is the playing animation at a higher priority than whatever default animation is playing? that can cause it to revert to the underlying anim settings (example: default stand/sit/walk poses)

The hand poses have a major bug where the default hand poses are always applied no matter what priority your animation is set to. As a result, they don't work if you play the animation directly, but they do work if the animation is played from a poseball (because the script stops the default sit animation first.)
