Though I've not noticed since when it's available, I've just found there are 121 basic avatar animation bvh files on the download page. I guess it is useful for not only Poser users but also ppl who don't have Poser.

Would be fun to take some of them and make "parodies" of what we know to expect from familiar SL animations. For example, take one of the stock dances and make it so you fall down afterwards and your head bends at the neck... slap a sound to that Gesture and you're all set.
